As the founder of KAD Advisory, she brings deep expertise, calm clarity and creative insights to high-stakes environments across sectors and geographies.
Karen’s career spans senior leadership roles at Xero, IBM and PwC, where she built and led global communications functions across Australia, the UK, US, Japan and emerging markets (including China and India). Her strength lies in turning strategy into story - helping businesses shape reputation, rally teams and land impact at the leadership and board tables.
Her approach reflects her collaborative mindset: KAD Advisory brings together specialists from a trusted network to deliver agile, senior-level solutions. From working with listed tech firms and start-ups and scale-ups like Magentus, Anna.Money and Locatrix, to supporting leadership employee communications, city developments in Africa, Karen brings both breadth and experience.
A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) she has a deep understanding of board governance and corporate positioning. Whether advising on executive visibility, organisational change or brand reputation, Karen is valued for her judgement, discretion and outcomes-focused approach.
